We just love our little Gema and can't get enough of her cuteness! I'm loving being able to dress her up in little pink outfits and flowery headbands. She's three months old today and I can't believe how fast time has gone by! Crazy crazy crazy. Some things about Gem...1. She is sooo smiley. She smiles at anyone and everyone as long as she's not tired or hungry.
2. She loves her big brother and tolerates all his hugs and kisses.
3. She's a terrible sleeper. We're working on it...
4. She loves to nurse. All. Day. Long.
5. Weighing in at 10lbs 11oz she's in the 13th percentile for weight and the 65th for height. Whaaat? Not sure where she got her tall genes from. At the same age, Jacob was 2 pounds heavier, but started out at birth one pound lighter. So comparatively, she's growing quite a bit slower. She has yet to double her birth weight.
6. She loves to be held and snuggled and wrapped up tight like a burrito.
7. Gassiest baby EVER. Seriously. She stinks. Not unlike a skunk.
8. Ever since birth Gema has held her head up real well, not too much bobbling going on here.
9. She likes to be held upright and protests when laying on her back. Her usual spot is sitting between the cushions of the couch so she doesn't tip over.
10. Jacob calls her his "baba" and "zzzzz" (Jacob-speak for "baby" and "sister"). Having two babies is so much fun!
I cant get over how different her and Jacob look. Really makes me excited to see what my little bundle will look like. She is sooo cute!! Cant wait to see you guys again soon
