Extreme?

Ever get sick of having long locks? I do. All the time. Especially when Jacob can't help but get his fingers tangled in it every time I hold him. And it doesn't help that all my hair is breaking off around my face, an unpleasant result of post-pregnancy. So, I think I'm going to chop my curly locks and trade in for a new do. I've been long overdue for a haircut. The only problem is, am I brave enough to REALLY get it chopped off? I haven't ever really had really short hair. So, for all you hair gurus out there, help me! I like this hairstyle, but do you think I can pull it off? Be honest, I would hate to commit hair suicide by doing something as drastic as this if I don't have the stuff to pull it off.

  2. Stephanie...saw your shout-out on Facebook and thought I'd check out the dilemma :)
As a fellow curly-girl who has chopped her hair short...similar to this cut, actually...I say, go for it! It takes a lot less time to straighten...and if you do want to leave it curly, it's a cute cut that has enough shape to pull off with the corkscrews, too. That's been my experience anyway! Good luck!

  3. DO IT! i love my hair short. And its WAY easier to do it curly when its short. mine goes way curlier and half the effort!!! and i totally think u could pull it off! its a super cute style. DO IT! its only hair it'll grow back if u hate it. i think u'll look sexy!!! i feel older when my hair is cut, and more stylish. long hair gets so annoying!

  4. CUTE! I always grown my hair long, leave it for a year and tehn get a cute cut like this for awhile before growing it out again. It is so cute and you have perfect bone structure for it, can't wait to see the after shots!

  5. I think I might steal this haircut... I've been on the search too, nothing says classy like Kristen Cavalari. Can we be twins?
